Delivery Information

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our team (excluding weekends and holidays).

Wild Nord delivers within Europe and worldwide.

Each time you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a second email with delivery confirmation and tracking number.

During peak season, order preparation may take up to 72 hours or 3 business days.

The choice of carrier may vary depending on weight, quantity, product availability, and destination country.

Our Delivery Methods

  • Standard Package (home delivery, pickup point, post office, 10 to 20 business days)

Some orders may be associated with multiple suppliers; in such cases, the items will be shipped separately.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is free for all orders, regardless of order amount.
Wild Nord reserves the right to temporarily change or revoke these terms. This change does not require prior notice to customers.

Information about delivery costs is always displayed at the top of each page on the website and in the order confirmation.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

For a return, you must be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send back your purchase until we have confirmed it via email.

Partial Refund (if applicable)

Only partial refunds are given in the following situations:

  • Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to us.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Defective Items on Delivery

If your order is wholly or partially defective upon delivery, you may be entitled to an exchange or refund for the affected item.
In such cases, please email info@wildnord.se with:

  • A proof of payment (e.g., a screenshot of the confirmation email)

  • A photo of the defective item

  • Your preference (exchange or refund)

Order Cancellation

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@wildnord.se.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it unfortunately cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size and/or color.
If you want a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
In such cases, please email info@wildnord.se to request an exchange.

Refund Terms and Value Codes

For returned or exchanged items that are defective upon receipt, no return shipping costs will be charged.

Only the amount you actually paid (after any discounts) will be refunded.

Discount codes and gift vouchers are not reissued and are not refunded.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send a confirmation email.
You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within an average of 5–10 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time for the refund to appear.

  3. Contact your bank – there is often a processing time before a refund is registered.

Return Shipments

To return an item, send it to the address we specify in our confirmation email.

You are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective upon delivery.

Shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

If you receive a refund, any return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you are returning an item worth more than 825 SEK, we recommend a traceable shipping method or shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive returns sent without tracking.
